OUR TEAM

Meet our team of fully qualified and trainee therapists working with individuals.

My name is Jaynie Boyce, and I am a qualified therapist using Transactional Analysis (TA).  I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults and young people.

I am passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves and their relationships.

Through the lens of TA, I work with clients to explore the dynamics of their communication and behaviour, empowering them to recognise unhelpful patterns and create positive change.

Transactional Analysis offers a practical and accessible framework for understanding how our childhood experiences shape the way we interact with the world as adults.  I guide my clients in exploring these patterns, supporting personal growth, improved self-awareness, and healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I work with clients who face a range of challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and emotional difficulties.

My approach is collaborative, empathic, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that we all have the potential to change and thrive with the right support.

In our sessions, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions, gain insight into your beliefs about self, others and the world (life script), and work toward achieving your goals. Whether you are looking for short-term support to navigate a specific challenge or deeper, long-term therapy to address ingrained patterns, I’m here to walk with you on your journey.

My special interest is in working with neurodivergence. By utilising personal experiences, training and research, I advocate for understanding and acceptance of diverse cognitive styles. My goal is to empower individuals by promoting strategies that enhance their unique strengths while fostering an inclusive environment.

My additional training and work with Place2Be and Childline enable me to also provide a safe and inclusive space for young people.

I am an individual member of COSCA, UKATA, BACP & UKCP.

Hi! My name is Lynsey and I am a qualified counsellor and member of BACP.  I offer counselling sessions for individuals online, via Zoom.

As an integrative counsellor, I use different approaches from person centred, psychodynamic and CBT depending on your need and presenting issue.
I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where we can work together collaboratively to navigate your difficulties.
I find it extremely healing to revisit areas of the past that have caused trauma, however I believe our hopes for our future also play a vital part in the therapeutic journey too.

I work with both children and adults and so I enjoy working creatively with clients to explore issues and tap into the subconscious.

I have a passion for inclusion and a heart to make counselling as accessible as possible. I am working towards level 3 BSL currently and have worked with clients of varying additional support needs.

I believe counselling to be deeply personal and naturally no two counselling journeys are ever the same which makes each journey beautiful and unique.

arleneMy name is Arlene and I am a trainee counsellor working towards my Diploma in Counselling using Transactional Analysis (TA).

TA provides a framework to help us understand how our past experiences can shape our current behaviour and the way we interact with others. This self-awareness can help us make positive changes in our lives and relationships. I also hold a Diploma in Equine Facilitated Learning and Development, a unique way of helping people with their mental and emotional well-being. I offer a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space and as we work together, I will support you to explore the challenges that you have brought to counselling.

Just as each individual is unique, their needs, wants and goals for counselling are personal to them. As an integrative counsellor, I adapt my practice to align with the needs of my clients. By creating a safe and compassionate space for my clients, I work alongside them as they process the feelings and emotions they are experiencing.
