OUR TEAM

Meet our team of fully qualified and trainee therapists working with individuals.

Hi, I’m Erin, a Trainee Psychotherapist using Transactional Analysis as the foundation of my therapeutic approach.

I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can explore themselves more deeply and begin to understand why they may think, feel and respond in the ways they do.

Transactional Analysis is a therapeutic approach that explores how our past experiences can influence our present relationships, emotions, behaviours and communication. It can help clients make sense of familiar patterns or responses that may once have served a purpose, but may no longer feel helpful.

My work focuses on supporting clients to better understand themselves, including repeating patterns and responses that may affect their confidence, self-esteem, relationships and overall wellbeing. Together, we can explore how these experiences show up in the present, and what change might look like in a way that feels meaningful and achievable.

Alongside my psychotherapy training, I bring extensive experience of working with neurodivergent people in a coaching and support capacity. This has shaped the way I work, with respect for each person’s individuality, pace and way of making sense of the world.

My aim is to support clients in understanding themselves more fully – not as someone who needs to be “fixed,” but as someone worthy of curiosity, compassion and acceptance.

Hi, I’m Donna, a trainee Integrative Counsellor.

I draw on a range of approaches, including CBT, Psychodynamic and Person-Centred Therapy, allowing sessions to be tailored to your individual needs and goals. Integrative counselling offers the flexibility to adapt techniques as you grow and progress through therapy.

I offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where you can feel truly heard. With a background in social care and holistic therapies, I take a whole-person approach to well-being, recognising the connection between physical and mental health. I am committed to listening with empathy and understanding to what has brought you to counselling.

Hi, I’m Jaki. I’m a trainee counsellor working within the Transactional Analysis (TA) approach.

Transactional Analysis explores how our early experiences shape the ways we think, feel and relate to others. Sometimes the patterns we developed to cope earlier in life no longer serve us, and therapy can offer a space to explore and understand them.
I offer a warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever feels important to you. My aim is to support you in developing greater awareness of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be influencing your life.
Alongside my counselling training, I have many years of experience working in education supporting young people and adults. This experience has deepened my interest in how people make sense of themselves and their relationships.
I believe that increasing our understanding of ourselves can open the door to new choices and ways of being.
I am a student member of UKATA (the UK Association for TA) and work in accordance with their ethical framework.

jenniferHi, my name is Jennifer and I am an integrative counsellor and member of the BACP.

Just as each individual is unique, their needs, wants and goals for counselling are personal to them. As an integrative counsellor, I adapt my practice to align with the needs of my clients. I am passionate about helping people to overcome the challenges that life can present. By creating a safe and compassionate space for my clients, I work alongside them as they process the feelings and emotions they are experiencing.
